New Citizen K16's and 1 new Citizen L32 turning machine

In July Doherty Hungary Kft took delivery of 3 new Citizen K16's and 1 new Citizen L32 turning machine.

All four machines are fitted with 4 metre bar loaders and long part attachments. The K16 can turn shafts upto 16 mm diameter and 400mm in length. The L32 can turn shafts upto 32mm diameter and 600mm in length.

Managing Director, Jim Doherty commented;

"We have many years experience working with Citizen and have found the machines to be very efficient. We now have 12 Citizen machines and all are running a minimum of 3 shifts 5 days per week. The new machines will bring faster cycle times and much needed additional capacity".
