2. Handling personal data while visiting our website
Visiting our website and the use of our online services will be recorded. The IP address used by your terminal device (such as a computer or mobile phone), the type and operating system of your browser type, date and time, terminal device, as well as the pages visited are recorded. Data is collected to optimize and improve data security and online services. The legal basis for data processing is provided by Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, and Info TV. Article 6 (1) (b). It is our legitimate interest to protect our website and improve our services. All other data processing, except for data management in anonymous form, for statistical purposes, is only performed in accordance with the privacy statement contained herein. In addition, personal data will only be stored if you provided the data yourself voluntarily, such as via registration, survey, online application or contract. Appropriate technical precautions have been taken to ensure that the data is encrypted when signing in for registration or other services, in order to restrict unauthorized access. a. Subscription to a newsletter

If you fill in the registration form and provide us with your personal information, or you have granted us the consent to submit a newsletter to you, you will receive an email on the e-mail address you provided. The personal data provided on the registration form will be handled solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter to your e-mail address if you have consented to the data handling. The legal basis for data processing is provided by Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Info TV. Article 5 (1) (a). MailChimp is used to send newsletters. MailChimp is a service of the Rocket Science Group (675 Ponce de Leon Ave, Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308 USA). When you open a newsletter, a so-called newsletter tracking pixel is used. This saves the following information in MailChimp: email address, newsletter, date and time of opening. The links in our newsletters contain tracking information to help us find out which links you have been interested in. Your personal data will only be stored until you unsubscribe to the newsletter by clicking the "unsubscribe" link. This link can be found at the bottom of each of our newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your personal information will be deleted without undue delay. Please note that once your personal information has been deleted, you will not receive any more newsletters or coupons from us.
